What Makes Us Unique
Review scores have always been flawed. Let's say John and Sara both stay at the same hotel, and both rate it 4-stars; David rates the same hotel 3-stars. This was John and Sara's only review; but David on the other hand rated two other hotels at 5-stars. John also mentioned receiving a “free upgrade” which might have swayed his opinion.
The Solution
Our system takes into account the relationship of other reviews and the context around ratings. We use 3 types of review scoring:
Strict
Best for hotels with many reviews. Uses only statistically qualified reviewers for the most rigorous scoring.
Safe
A rating system that takes into account our confidence of scoring, so you can trust the result even with fewer data points.
Comprehensive
Allows our proprietary model and AI interface to interpret more information with smaller data sets.
Keep in Mind
Users do not always rate based on their stay, but sometimes on value versus price. To compensate for this potential influence, a user can filter by price as well. We believe we have built an excellent tool, and can help make your decision process effortless.
